Richard joined Lindbloms Lawyers as a Partner in October 2024. Richard practises in estate planning, deceased estate administration and deceased estate litigation. He has an extensive legal career spanning over 20 years and is highly regarded in his field.
Richard prepares comprehensive estate plans which provide his clients with certainty and peace of mind. He prepares all types of wills ranging from standard wills through to customised and testamentary trust wills which can provide the beneficiaries of the will with asset protection and tax advantages. He also prepares binding nominations for self-managed superannuation funds as well as powers of attorney and advance care directives.
Richard also acts for executors of deceased estates in obtaining grants of probate and in the administration and distribution of a deceased estate. He acts for families experiencing problems when a deceased’s will is lost, informal, unclear, or subject to other obstacles.
Richard also acts for executors and beneficiaries of a deceased estate involved in litigation such as when a will is contested or when the administration of a deceased estate is not progressing due to a family disagreement or other dispute. He represents executors and beneficiaries in court proceedings and mediations and prepares court applications, affidavits, and documents such as deeds of family arrangement.
