Why now? I’ve had a tricky health diagnosis that was made towards the end of last year. I may be okay for years to come, but I may not be. And I think it’s important to have that certainty for my staff, for my clients particularly, and being part of the same umbrella with Martin and his team is absolutely the best thing to do. I’ll still be staying in as a consultant. I’ll still be around giving advice and it’ll be great to bounce things off a really experienced lawyer like Martin and members of his team as well, in addition to the terrific team I’ve got. So I just think it’s a win-win all around.”
